Top 5 Mind Stretches for Your Run to Happiness

  1. Clear the dirty socks and suit up! We all long to be happy but do we know what gets us there? Do you take the time to get clear with what you value most in your life? You can tap into the clarity within by being still and feeling. Ask yourself: what are some of my happiest moments? When we get clear and identify, we then have the ability to create. We are the creators of our happiness!!
  2. Apples go right to your brain. Good health is fundamental to your overall happiness. Good health starts with your attitude about yourself. Do you want to be healthy? It sounds like a silly question. So if you answered, “yes of course”, what are you doing to keep yourself well? Good health is about the body, the mind and the spirit. It's taking responsibility and action in each of these areas every day.
  3. Invest in a mirror of positivity. Positive thinking attracts the positive. Even in the face of adversity your outlook and your beliefs determine your outcome and your experience. We see what we are open to see. If our mind is expecting and focusing on the positive it seems to appear. Negative thoughts will come to you, just release and replace them to start getting what you really want and deserve in this life.
  4. Breathe in the moment! The more that you celebrate the more you receive. Celebrate your successes, your experiences, your growth and your friendships. Celebrate the successes of others. We live in an abundant world and there is enough for everyone. The more we celebrate the successes of others the more we attract to ourselves. We are all connected. Show your appreciation to the universe through your attitude of gratitude.
  5. Sing along to the music of you. Most people are coming from a place of living in the past oar living for the future. The good stuff is in the NOW. Be present with purpose and the moments will flow together to create your best life.
