A Career In Sales

I bring more than 45 years of industry and entrepreneurial experience to my clients. (I know . . . it’s hard to believe!) My sales career began when I worked at a department store in high school; I ultimately became the youngest-ever department manager in the store’s history.

Decorated Vietnam Veteran

I served my country four and a half years, from July of 1968 until February of 1973, and am a decorated Vietnam veteran. After the service I attended Northeastern University, and then found myself back in sales, selling office equipment for Savin Corporation and eventually became a branch manager within the Savin dealer network.

Entrepreneur

I loved sales—and at the same time—felt the entrepreneurial tug. I became an independent sales rep in the training and development industry and started my first business in 1988. Eight years later, in 1996, I founded Fostering Solutions, Inc., a sales consultancy firm.

Certified Coach

Following a successful career in the world of sales—spanning more than three decades—I decided to finally follow my passion of helping others achieve personal and professional success, and became a certified business coach. I received certification as a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC), globally known as the premier business coaching association.

In 1998, I founded the Corporate Coaching Center, and with a team of highly skilled and experienced business coaches, became nationally recognized.

Today I coach individuals one-on-one, and develop and facilitate customized workshops. I work with small to mid-sized business owners helping them to discover and overcome the barriers blocking them from achieving and enjoying both personal and professional success.

My coaching client base is diverse: executives and leaders from the Fortune 50, middle managers from small to mid-sized companies, entrepreneurs, start-ups, professionals, and individuals—all seeking and exploring for greater clarity, a thirst to improve, and to strengthen their life’s purpose.
